MSI: GRAND FINALE
The final act in our three-part story—a love letter to Korea’s passion for League of Legends—was all about ending with a bang. We staged a massive underground rally, capturing the raw energy of fans rallying behind their finalist teams in a moment of pure celebration.
One of our biggest challenges was that RNG, one of the finalists, was quarantined in China and competing remotely. To keep them part of the story, we had their team leader, XiaoHu, pre-record a statement—which we transformed into a sci-fi-style transmission, depicting RNG hacking into the event to deliver a message to their fans.
